Nature of Service
ContractDecoder is an educational tool designed to help you understand contracts. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The analysis provided should not be used as a substitute for professional legal counsel. Always consult a qualified attorney before making legal decisions or signing contracts.
License Keys & Credits
Each purchase grants you a single license key with a set number of analysis credits. License keys are non-transferable and intended for individual use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is prohibited.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after credits have been used. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. Unused keys may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ContractDecoder only for its intended purpose of analyzing contracts. Abusive use — including automated scripting, attempting to reverse-engineer the service, or using the tool for illegal purposes — may result in termination of your license key without refund.
Limitation of Liability
ContractDecoder is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on the analysis provided.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend license keys that are used abusively, in violation of these terms, or in a manner that negatively impacts the service for other users.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
